Our Studios are the perfect alternative to a hotel room with a galley kitchen and laundry facilities.

Most of our spacious apartments have views overlooking Canberra CBD. They are ideal for guests wanting more space, families, colleagues or larger groups looking for a home away from home experience, with fully equipped kitchens and internal laundry facilities, flexible bedding arrangements and spacious living areas.  Perfectly suitable for both long stay and short-term accommodation for the business or leisure traveller.

Housekeeping & Environmental Commitment

At Nesuto, we are committed to providing welcoming service whilst also caring for our environment. We believe that small actions lead to big changes, and with your help, we're doing our part to "stay real" and stay green. 

SERVICING For guests staying with us for 4 nights or more, we offer a full room servicing on the 4th night of your stay. This includes a complete housekeeping service with fresh linen and a thorough cleaning of your room. By spacing out our full service, we reduce our environmental footprint while still ensuring you enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay. 

On weekdays (excluding public holidays) before 9 am you can request for your apartment to have a Light Service on any day*. Our light service will refresh your space, by removing any rubbish, replacing any towels not hanging up and make your bed. Our light service is designed for your convenience and the environment's well-being. 

During our reception hours, please feel free to contact us if you would like more towels, amenities or rubbish collected from your apartment.
