Nesuto Apartment-Hotel FAQs

Nesuto continues to put guests first, allowing total flexibility on reservations made direct and via Nesuto’s travel industry partners.
All bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 6pm on the day of arrival. No prepayment required at the time of booking. Additionally, guests are welcome to make complimentary changes to stays while in-house.

This will apply to all corporate, wholesale, leisure group and business group bookings. Please contact our reservations team for more information.

FACILITIES AND SERVICE

Yes, $20 per night ( Parking is Subject to availability not guaranteed on the first night only and cannot be booked or reserved ahead of time).
Vehicle height must be under 2m.

No, but we offer Taxi booking service to all guests and there are public transport that goes to and from the airport.

HOTEL POLICY

Yes, by providing a valid Credit Card will guarantee your booking. No cash will be accepted for payment.

Guest can cancel the reservation up to 6pm on the day of arrival. For amendments guest must provide 24 Hrs notice.
